HOWTO : Check your tickets statuses...

First go to and register for an account, follow procedure and validate your account if needed, use the email you use for support tickets as login.

Next, whenever you want to check a given ticket #, go to this URL :
(replace XXXXX with your actual ticket number, without the hash sign)

You can also visit to see a list of all your tickets.

You'll discover how you're treated (for example, several of my tickets reporting existing bugs are marked as solved even though i had no reply at all from the team, not even an ACK)
