My two cents on this post:

Airstrip is not I-III, it's a single dungeon.
Frozen wasteland is not anymore a single dungeon, in December it was updated (as posted before) and now it has 2 levels; also, it cannot be played anymore with any team, at least not at the madness level.
My suggestion for the madness level on auto:

Mystic Eddie - Celestial + Cosmic
Warrior LoL - Any
The Killer Prime - Any
Gunner Banshee - Any

I have to say that I played the dungeon with the prime set and it didn't count any victory as part of the achievement, I forgot to equip the other required talis.
