I didn't received my rewards from the Arena reset. 1st time that this happened to me. I opened a ticket, but I feel that no one is working at support.

I didn't received my rewards from the Arena reset. 1st time that this happened to me. I opened a ticket, but I feel that no one is working at support.

Don't worry. It will be fixed on the 28rd of the month.

There are times where the PVP placement & rewards pop-up can fail to appear. Even though the items are automatically distributed to your account, it can seem like you might not have received anything for your efforts. If anything appears to be missing, clearing your cache data will often help reveal the rewards. Even so, you can always write in to support to double-check.
