Yeah they just throw more keys in the BOS list... I got 2 Airstrip and 1 Trooper.. so they just changed those stack numbers accordingly. Nothing opened automatically.

The master key is just a single random key.. but you get 3 master keys for the achievement.. so 3 random frontier keys.
It wouldn't have killed then to make each master key worth more .... but well, you know the dev team
