Also, be sure you actually didnt get them. Last night at reset I should have gotten my Gauntlet rewards but didnt see them. Logged in and out multiple times to try to trigger it, but nothing. Then I noticed I had the new talisman in my inventory. So sometimes you get the rewards, just not the reward screen. Only way to know for sure is if you know what you had and what you should get and see if the math adds up.

Currently, there is a known issue where the PVP placement and rewards pop-up is failing to appear after our resets. As a result, it can be pretty easy to assume that nothing had been deposited into your account even though the process is handled automatically in the back-end.

If you notice that your items are not appearing, you can always try force closing the application so you can restart in hopes that your device will better sync with the server the second time around. There's also the possibility of rewards being slightly delayed depending on where you are in the world. Shout out to Maiden fans in Japan! 行くぞ!

Hopefully we can get this fixed soon so that these sorts of miscommunications can be avoided altogether. I couldn't find your ticket (based on searching your username/forum name), but I looked into your account information and it looks like you're a-okay.
