    Refund

    I sent a ticket in for purchased sands of time boost that I did not recieve (including a response). I have the reciept and my client logs should display the transaction. It was purchased during one of the many lag spikes and server disconnects. I'd like a refund or at least the actual product that my purchase intended

    Hey durandal, I purchased a sentnel lord of light with frontier coins which I didn't get. Although the coins disappeared. Now the sentinel LOL is missing from my frontier store.
