His max-awakened passive states "instantly kill characters with Dark Ghost or Doom active" -- This ain't happening.
In addition, if an enemy has both Doom (1) AND Ghost (2+) (yellow) active... Doom just disappears on that enemies next turn. Shouldn't Doom override (yellow) Ghost and "bury" the enemy??

His passive doesn't automatically kill characters with ghost or doom. It is his power move at level 11.

Thanks. You are correct.. passive merely gets bumped to 5 ghost turns.
