Ok - big shout out to NF on this they had grace on me despite me missing the end date and made things right! I won’t go into detail on the resolution but I am quite happy, and impressed that they made a big exception for a long time player. Thanks!

That's good news. It shows that you can resolve some issues with a civil explanation and request. I've never had any problems barring my mistakes excluding one time gauntlet reward error. They fixed that in thier standard two week.

Be sure to click the icon in the top Right corner of the in-game "Home" screen, there's newsfeeds on all events!

Right now though, the fallen angel soul fragments can't be converted to precious soul fragments. There is no convert button.

When you click on the circle in the upper right corner of the game, then click the support button. The click on email. The send to should be filled in as support@ironmaidenlegacy.com
