I await the free ironite as compensation as this is a pretty big stuff up, even by NF standards. Its like the devs think those who work on support don't already have enough to do lol

Lantern Talismans event reward. No explanation what they do in game event news. Not updated in game Talisman guide.

The best we will be able to do is delete that Eddie from your account and give you a fresh one. If you had customized it with Skill Shards, we won't be able to add them back on. We will replace all the evo costs too. I simply meant that it can't be reversed.

It would be absurd to make such trivial mistakes on a game like this which uses the name of IRON MAIDEN...i don't get it if that's too hard to code or developers don't have the right skills to do their job

Michelle has reverted the Awakening process for me and returned me all materials and gold.

Hello everyone.

Just to update you all on this situation. Cyborg Eddie is no longer awakenable (solved in an update early yesterday evening). We have just finished contacting all affected players. The Awakening process was reverted, and all materials were returned.
