Crazy arena demotion

So I let myself slip a bit last round and finished at warlord 4 (2700ish pts). I collected my soul and frags. Didn’t play arena until this morning, when I found I’ve been demoted all the way down to eternal 3 (200 pts). Does this happen normally? I’ve never been demoted down out of the division I was in before, just sent to the lowest rank of the division I finished in. The worst part is the opponents it’s setting me up with are still in the warlord division so it will take forever to climb back up. Anyone else ever experience this?

Update: it appears it was some kind of visual bug, I played a match and it updated itself. If it happens to anyone else don’t be alarmed, just soldier on.
