Cyborg Angry Bird should be able to get full and complete use of a Cyborg Talisman. Three tiers of Cyborg Talismans were released and there are three variants of Cyborg. Being Cyborg Angry Bird is the most limited of the three, he should be able to benefit from a Cyborg talisman without any restrictions.
As unpopular, under used, and silly looking as the Angry Birds are, they are useful in class or star level specific situations. The Cyborg Angry Bird would be a decent teammate if he could wear a Cyborg Talisman.
Developers, please consider this for a future update. Thank you.
