I cannot claim the player appreciation pack. Furthermore, I have not been receiving any of the coal giver Ed daily “gifts”. This is beyond ridiculous.

No. And since it wasn’t working, I thought I would reinstall the game. This made things much much worse. It’s been 24 hours and I have an old, basic shop and no sacrifice button.
