Ragnarok talisman set

One of my trooper has this set on one of his toon.
Looked in the compendium, it isn’t there ; searched the forum (keyword search) and no mention of it anywhere.
How and when was it available ? Seems pretty powerful.

These were awarded to top 3 winners of Arena for the last couple of weeks. I've got them; they're pretty handy depending on who you stick them on - Hallowed Ed is an obvious choice, but putting them on an ally that gives Regen HP or on a toon in a group where someone hands out stacks of them can build up powerful buffs pretty quick...

Thx. I’ve never seen it announced anywhere. Must have missed it. They really seem worth fighting for a top spot in the arena.
