what is the best place to find 3 star blue evo shards
i am trying to farm an extra 90 of them and raven witch aint dropping to many so i am here to try and find advice for the best place i am thinking powerslave once it drops but that depends on when the devs drop it but i need them asap to awaken alchemist to 5 star

Right now, I think your best bet is Raven's Altar.
