Hi guys recently got mystic Eddie and currently have fortune set (4* lv40) , cosmic tali and a Radom tali (5*) I know he’s deals damage based on his mr stat but I don’t have any high end tali’s to use so can anyone advise what stock tali’s to use on him to make him a bit more powerful as he’s a very meh at present

He overall is not designed as a powerhouse, that's why he is a party enhancer. He gives buffs, removes buffs, triggers doom.
