Thank you for making Prisoner attainable more easily

Glad to see my achievements are finally fixed even if took months to fix something that was broken due to poor coding and negligent testing.

Still upset that I have to pay for more character slots when it is MONTHS overdue.

My achievements aren't fixed. "Clear LoL XI-XV 3,000 times" started at zero. It didn't keep the cumulative total, and I've STILL been counting up from zero. It should have started including the lower achievement.

6 Hell Awakening Shards, which as of today's patch should be dropping in the Infernal Dungeon, as well as the usual max awakening stuff.

Just went through 2 mega refils (1300 SoT) and reporting getting 5 colorless 4* awakening shards.

Didn't pay attention for other material, but burning 300 ironite for 5 shards that are scarce all over is brutal.

Hopefully we'll see some hot fix where they commit the change for "Increased drop rate of 4* Colorless awakening materials", as it doesn't feel increased.

Can someone else report their drop rate please?

Just went through 2 mega refils (1300 SoT) and reporting getting 5 colorless 4* awakening shards.

That's actually a huge improvement; a full key takes ~6 megas (so ~3600 SoT) and 5 colorless 4* shards would be a pretty average drop for that... 5 shards from 1300 SoT is pretty epic.

Edit: My own key just finished; I got 22 of them with one key. This is a HUGE improvement over previous drop rates.

Does anyone know if they fixed the "remove beneficial effect" missions under the Challenges? And does anyone else has a red dot on Achievments but no completed achievements?

6 Hell shards from the infernal dungeon, Unfortunately they seem to be a super-rare drop, at least for me.
