Alliance General T3 cosmic bug

So the new Alliance General T3 cosmic talisman is great, but it doesn't work on max awakened Cyborg Eddie with Serenity/Sacred/Cyborg T3 cosmic.
I suspect it's just the Sacred talisman that bugs out.



Here's the bug:
After Alliance General steals all beneficial effects from max awakened Cyborg Eddie with Serenity/Sacred/Cyborg T3 cosmic at the start of my turn, the enemy Cyborg Eddie still gains beneficial effects after I attack it.

It would be nice if a dev could confirm this or tell me how I interpret the talisman text in the wrong way.

You cannot interpret a simple sentence like that incorrectly. It just doesn’t work “in all situations” as they like to say.

I swear that Cyborg is a dirty cheat. In my last two losses v. Wipp’s defense team, I got Cyborg alone 3 v. 1 and PDed him, then delivered the killing blow. Ok, ok, so he was wearing that dumb green 2-set that has a 50% chance of cleansing... but doesn’t that happen AFTER damage?

Anyway, in both instances that mofo came back and revived his whole team with PD still showing.
