Are devs suuuuuuuuuuuuuure that Hell shards drop in the Infernal dungeon??

Are you suuuuuure you made them a drop item there???

There are none dropping, the support team responded to my ticket with "we will pass your concern on to the developers" or something like that. Also I have not seen a single cyborg shard drop from maybe 20 keys in Cosmic dungeon either... If you are looking for these mats, dont bother.
