    No communication in this issue whatsoever. Again.
    Whoever is in charge of community feedback and keeping the conversation with the community going is doing such a bad job.

    Developers are completely disconnected from the playerbase.

    I have a ticket in for a missing sac reward. I've found the staff to be very helpful. They usually resolve issues quickly.

    sac is a different ball game they owe me 7 raids worth of rewards and the points that go with them

    I logged in tonight to the game and the sacrifice rewards were there. They checked my account and did a refresh and the awards appeared after game restart. Lightning fast service!

    One thing to remember, is that the Odin raid boss and rewards are still in the beta stage and they asked us all to update them of issues to iron out to get it perfected. The new content is what keeps the game interesting.
