I would like the option to be able to filter troopers used by class. This would help us complete challenges such as make 25 runs in x dungeon with all sentinel-and at the same time still use your troopers without having to manually select them each battle.
Second, I would like to be able to filter the troopers to play my 3 freebie troopers last, so that I play the other players champions first.

I'd just like to be able to FILL all slots with all troopers if I want. So 10 runs (17 if all Eddies) are needed rather than 50.

These are all excellent suggestions! I've accidentally messed up some class-specific runs by to forgetting to turn off auto-troopers before. Being able to sort them by Eddie and Ally would be cool too, as I like to run my ally troopers through the skull quests as those can't be auto'd. Having some more customisable options for the Auto-Run feature, such as a way to set an SoT or run limit, would also be nice.
