They were featured in the Dungeon store but that's only for dungeon events (we haven't had one of those since January)

They make the rounds of the "talisman set" purchases where you get 1 set of talismans for each class... As far as dropping from something free (i.e. grinding/gauntlet, etc)... I don't think they've ever done that except the first event featuring them.

I collect full set month ago from tribute soul, 300 ironite in clan store.
