No Repeatable Clan Rewards Received...

I know it's been stated already, but I see no one is answering the threads. So I thought I'd start another.

No one is receiving the repeatable rewards. Can someone fix this, or just give everyone a package with them. Or at least acknowledge that someone knows this is an issue.
