Is Forged talisman a reward in Einrhars dungeon?

I've emptied a mega refil auto running insanity. Not one forge tal dropped

I've literally only had one drop on insanity but I'm not going to keep pouring SoT into this BS anymore, drop chances seem to be pretty much on par with Freya's 0.9%
