So I'm curious...

With the Clan Silver Soul... some clan members got an "exclusive" talisman set like Ragaroks, but a good bunch of clan members merely got a set of talismans that are available from the Clan Store (Banner/Gate/Tower).

Why the disparity in an award soul???

Why NOT merely make it so al clan members get an "exclusive" set?????
What's the point of helping to get to higher raid ranks if you only receive the same stuff you can already get as a reward???
