Missing rewards from the weekly raid reset

curious to hear what other clans are experiencing...

our clan reached 700k so we should have gotten some rewards including the red soul. most of the clan got the ironite and the tribute frags delayed (i got ironite for example once i earned some extra ironite from the sq - it's the same pattern every week). but regarding the red soul many members just didn't get it yet. some had it instantly in their book of souls but most didn't.

what's the point in playing the raids and not getting what is promised. this needs to be fixed asap guys.

Its hit or miss, some in our clan received full rewards some received partial rewards. I only received ironite so far
It usually shows up some time today. At least for me that is how it's been for weeks.

I have got all rewards when I log in from different device. Like opening Clan first time after reset from my phone and then close app and open clans from my Ipad's game app. I don't get the logic behind it but it works somehow.

I got clan rewards but I've just killed odin from full health the game froze & I got no rewards!

ahahahahaha i opened the soul got a set of valhallas
spinning wheel after exit, restarted and nothing in my inventory
on the main device the soul was not visible. so i opened with the 2nd device again. the soul was there, so i opened it again and now it's in the inventory on both.... WTF good luck with fixing this :P

I log in.. hit the clan hub.. see the banners.. no actual rewards are anywhere except the ironite/tribute/gold... reboot the app.. soul and frag reward show up then. (iOS)

That worked for me too!! Only got a set of Siege talismans. At least I got all the rewards from last weeks raid.
