Not enough colorless 4* awakening shards

I'm sitting on hundreds of colorless awakening shards of all stars but 4*.
What's wrong with your drop engine?
Why the hell is it not possible to change them into the ones I need?
Pls do something. Stop developing new things that doesn't work (talismans, toons & skills) and fix the bugs.

You are in the same boat as everyone else. Grind LoL XV or save those awakening frags and buy them.

yup.. same boat.... at least they do actually drop pretty well in LOL 14&15

Yeah, they are a major bottleneck for me. They drop okay on XIV and XV, but not proportional to other materials, especially once you consider the awakening requirements. For instance, it is vastly easier to meet the 5* colorless shard requirements than the 4*, which seems strange.

the basic principle should be, that higher tier materials are the bottleneck and not 1* or 4* stuff while you have tons of 5*.....but obv this is not the case. the 4* droprate is still way too low. so either make a way to exchange stuff or fix the broken droprates.
