How/where do you get these? I see this as a may fragment event in announcement, but not live on my device/iOS

Welp, first you have to join Romero's Legion, the most exclusive secret society in LotB. After proof of eligibility (a cell-phone shot proving you got ten inches will suffice), we all gather and vote. One black ball and you're OUT. If you're accepted, you have to pay the $50 monthly fee (but you get a $50 gift card from our leader GC for every Eternal you bring home). And only then do you start to reap the rewards.
