To be fair I complained about the one that they attempted to make iOS only. That whole period I was also locked out of the game but I wasn't supposed to get that compensation pack because some android players could get in?

Luckily the dev's incompetence failed to actually make that pack iOS only so I was still able to get it.

He's in the pop up ads section, not in the store. On the left hand side of the screen there are a few icons, scroll through the offers, he's there.
