Question on his fury:

"Deal 300% of your MAX HP as random damage to the target and have that target deal 300% of its MAX HP as random damage to you"

Most of the time he is killing himself because of this shit fury. What's the point with it? Is there something I missed?
I got the feeling that it's another mistake by the devs as always when they introduce a new toon.
Can somebody explain how this should work?

PS: he is complete useless in this game!!!

I'd guess that if you have a damage block active, immortality, perfectly immortality, or any other reviving function active, you can deal massive damage to the target and circumvent the damage to you.

Would be a case where he had huge HP cause of buffs or talismans and your target does not. Then I would wonder if this would bypass "block" and such as well. But if he has 60,000 HP and your target has 12,000 HP, the target is toasty and Ed is still alive.

Requires testing before calling it "useless".

His fury is bugged:
Gold and Souls Vault Skull Quest) 2nd stage. He fires his fury and my whole team is instantly killed. No shields or passive disabling on defending team.
