Recommended Troopers Refresh not Working

Refresh of the recommended troopers list is not working since last week.

Now we click on the refresh button and it is possible to refresh the list once every 12 hours or something like that, I didn`t get the exact time it takes to refresh again. Before we could refresh it 3 or 4 times and the list was always full.

Please fix it!!

Not last week, it is not working since months. Only the first refresh in a day works. After that the refresh button doesn't work anymore. I had created a thread about it some weeks back and didn't get any response.

I also noticed this. Refresh not working now. Also, before they changed it, whenever I'd press the refresh button, I'd always get lots of useful recommended troopers listed, usually a few pages to choose from. Now it seems I keep getting the same single page of crappy troopers, even lower level, none of which I want to add to my list, but now I have no choice. Was this changed on purpose? Not helpful or useful.
