Wrath's basic attack doesn't trigger marks

Wrath's basic attack doesn't do extra damage when the target is marked. It only consumes them. Perfect hits are ensured. Target doesn't have any passive that can cleanse while taking damage. This bug can easily be reproduced in the arena test defence. I don't have prince wrath, so I can't tell if the bug is also present with him.

This has been an ongoing bug. Wrath's basic cannot trigger marks, and it only consumes them on perfect hits. The game's coding has a weird order of procedures; he removes them on a perfect attack before triggering the marks, so there's no mark to be triggered.
