In some cases a Moonchild in arena defence now completely stops all healing on player Team over the whole match.
Here: all enemies except Moonchild dead for at least 1 turn. Talismans were Labyrinth/Cosmic but happened with other Setups too.

Was GRE the opponents Ed?? It could be that his "No heal til death" is still in effect.

That's the problem with NO ICON EFFECTS on chars, who though it was a good idea to put effects on chars almost impossible to identify?

innate Froze
innate stunt
innate whatever
Those are all visual effects that can be easily misunderstood or lost in a simple battle. All effects should have an ICON indicating what's happening there. The only-display effects are a bad idea against any common sense in communication and visual design.
BTw I´m almost sure that Babylon (seen almost on Moonchild these days) is cleaning every debuff and not only silver effects.
The worst of them is GRE healing grip.

Right. GRE healing grip would explain that. Haven't had that in mind cause it didn't work for offense-team when GRE came out.
