What you gonna do to fix this? what happens with the battles we already did? Why there is no communication from you in the official forum?

I dont know why they have a reset at the end of a typical workday,. If they did it in the middle of the workday they may have more resources to address problems. This of course wouldnt help when they release new events on weekends or holidays.
