• 25 Fenrir Soul Fragments for 50 Tribute (2 limit weekly)

Why do these not stack with previous Fenrir fragments? Why double the cost?
Every other store buyable fragments stack with their previous event fragments.

Have to presume that the Freya fragments are the same as Fenrir, but I already have Freya so I didn't buy any.

Whenever they release the permanent method of obtaining a character from frags they never stack with the old frags.

I agree that it is a poor choice but it's been the standard for a while now.

I have bought fragments for Thor, Angel, and Gambler Eddie, Rota, Gunnr, Charlotte, and Ancient Mariner (and maybe Necropolis) and all stacked with what I already had, so I would say you are incorrect.

Not really, those you mention weren´t released in special events (except the Angel and the Glamber in which event it was explicitly said you could buy their frags after the event were finished) via grind or souls buying.

For Example, Dark Lilith was released in a special event the frags that you can earn through achievements aren't the same that you had in the special event.

Even with Samurai Emperor, there were two special events to earn his frags, off course both events would give you different frags.... xD

I guess I should have been more explicit that I meant explicit event frags gauntlet toons are not event toons, Rota was not an event toon. Literally none of the toons you mentioned were event toons.
