so not sure if its a bug but with this team im able to get the 100 burn effects every 2 matches on frozen dungeon hard, and will have an extra 5k souls for a 2nd tali so if ur needing more frags this is a quick way to get it

With NOTB and Magus Shardbone you can get 160 burns per battle

I am surprised someone posted this. If it was NOT intentional that the burn achievement was so easy to complete, it's not a great thing to point that out to devs. They don't test anything.. if you find something working in your favor because they failed to test.. well.. that's only fair considering all the stuff they don't test that works against players.
