Insanity is always the best SoT/frag wise and ironite returns are good enough in this dungeon. Even if your team is not the fastest you should still spend less time because better drops make up for it. I think it averages out around 15 per run roughly.
Marks help a lot here so if you have them, definitely use mark talis, Wrathchild, Bruce Ed, maybe M. Crimean Soldier (I didn't try him), or anyone who stacks a lot of marks.

Great advice. Switched to bruce w babylons, kp w yddrasils, wrathchild w asgards, and
awakened wickerman w rags+redemption. Nothing too fancy, ~1:30+/run (best 1:09) on insanity. 12frags/12sot vs 8frags/10sot, so def worth it. From now on, will always try to auto insanity instead of madness, though sometimes I can't find a decent auto team with my crappy toons. Hey now I have that shiny new pirate skeleton, woohoo
