He's literally the only Eddie available in normal souls that I don't have. He is coming up in the next heroic rotation though.

I have never really understood how the heroic rotation works. I get that they cycle, but how can you tell what the rotation is?

In the top right of the screen in-game, there's 2 buttons. One is settings and other is newsfeed. All event and update announcements that you see here are also posted there, among other things current and next 2 heroic rotations.

I'll get this tested ASAP, I have also mentioned your ticket with the missing Ironite to the support team.

Thanks for the help with that ticket, 2 hours after you posted this I had the ironite back in my account. I started a ticket again but didn't close it to see if the issue was just with the ticketing prompt in general but didn't run in to the same issue so it could just be an issue with the screen after submission or it may have been a one time deal.

I've tried hard mode in the infernal dungeon with maxed beast and maxed raven witch....can't get past round three.
