Starter Pack Purchase Loop....

I purchased the one time only Starter Pack. It said the purchase was successful, but when it try to download the actual items I purchased, it simply gives me a warning and says the game will restart in 5 seconds. It restarts, I go back to buy it again, it tells me that I already purchased it and will be restored and does the same thing again. Just loops like that over and over again.

Anyone else have this problem?
