Thx for the compensation pack, however it didn't account for the Spend Frontier Coins clan challenge, which many did not receive the rewards for, 5 sob, epic red talisman frags, etc. As expected my trouble ticket for this was ignored as usual, so how do we get compensated for that?

I got all of my missed rewards just buy doing what ever they asked. For instance, to trigger the cosmos rewards, I just ran Powerslave on madness once and got all 500 strange currency plus the shards and coins(?). This was a relief because the message from support on my ticket led me to believe that I would not be getting those at all.

No that didn't work for me. I completed the individual Spend Frontier Coins challenge last night, and the other rewards didn't show up.

So again I'd like to know how are those of us that didn't receive the rewards for the Spend Frontier Coins clan challenge to get compensated for that one, as the rewards were substantial for that one?

This game is so broke. I can navigate the sections, but can't do anything to play. Unable to access the clan section at all. I can't even play troopers in the worlds. How do we complete tasks when we can't even play, but the clock continues to tick away...

You put in a ticket, as is always the case. Hopefully they get to you in time. They did say in their announcement that they were going to respond to further questions if we had them.

The answer to tickets from our clan was a copy of this post from "legendary" Alex Minor. So we all lost 2 SoB and 200 frags

If NF wouldn't love to kick the players in the ass, then they would simply stop this event and give the players the rewards for free.

The Festive Awakening Shards are only usable on Cosmic Cyborg? What about the other december event toons? Are they not awakenable?
What shards are needed for Tiny Tim max awaken? We can only get 6 of these "festive" shards?

It would be very helpful to communicate such details somewhere here in the forum or the compendium.

Dark advent lilith, Tiny Tim, The beast and Cosmic Cyborg are awakenable and use the festive awakening shards, I just hope that they give us another way to get more festive awakening shards

I'm worried about this too - you can get 6 in the £33.99 pack and 6 from the event; I wouldn't be surprised if they make another 12 available at most so you can only awaken 3 of the 4 without spending £££.
