Hello again Troopers!

We hope you are all having a wonderful Wednesday so far. Here's an update on the state of the game: We have been continuing to monitor the server. While we are still experiencing longer than normal load times during gameplay and while logging in, the game itself has remained stable since yesterday morning. We are continuing to work on improving load times further.

We understand that the disruption Monday evening, stretching into early Tuesday morning impeded everyone's ability to participate in the new Assassin Yeti event. In light of this, we are extending this event by 1 day!

You will be able to collect Yeti Currency from the Lord of Light until December 11th at 4pm PT. The Store packs will remain until December 12th at 4pm PT, at which point any remaining Yeti Currency will convert to Lilith Fragments.

We will also be launching a compensation pack in the middle of next week (after our mid-December update) to address the slowdowns and load issues that have occurred over the past couple days.
