    whats up with cosmic cyborgs passive

    Guys not sure if this is a bug or a mistake but Cosmic Cyborg's passive doesn't change once fully awakened.

    Name: Screenshot_20201216-093643.png Views: 615 Size: 661.8 KB what it actually is

    Still has the same passive as regular awakened Cyborg, and isn't freezing anyone due to his passive. can anyone else confirm this is the same on their cosmic cyborg
