Cosmic Talisman materials for Talisman Fragments

I put this in the suggestions box on the recent survey but wanted to put it here as well to see if others thought it was a good idea.

I was wondering whether it might be worthwhile to have Cosmic Evo Runes and the various different Cosmic Evo Materials available in packs in the 'Upgrade' store that can be bought for Talisman Soul fragments, much in the same way that the different classes of Awakening materials can be bought for Awakening Soul fragments? I was imagining packs that roughly correspond to the different talisman evolution steps (so 1*, 2* and 3* Evo Runes) for each T1, T2 and T3 and then other packs as well including a mix of the specialist materials.

I don't know about others but I find myself with an abundance of Talisman fragments (enough for 200 souls at present waiting on the BoS event later this month) but also with a shortage of specific Evo materials, especially T3** runes. Since *** Evo runes were introduced, these tend to feature as bonus purchases in events now rather than ** ones, so the only way to get ** runes is by drops from levels or in Catalyst Souls which is obviously all RNG.

Tasliman frags and the blue talisman frags alike, sounds good. Might bring back a use for all those Frozen frontier keys with their 8 hour duration instead of Cosmic's 1 hour
