Edit: he's capable of 7000 damage against a soft target, and his special does 6000 damage per target splash (soft targets), his main triggers multiple turns. 10000hp or something ridiculous. Needs some better talismans but I'm working on it.

I use all troopers daily. 5* Visions Eddie, leveling it and its talismans up as fast as I can.
Unfortunately he is not the best damage dealer but already has 14.3k hp at lvl 53 and can heal 2.2k+ hp - great for tanking and assisting
