I happened to log out and in again 20 minutes before the hot fix went live half hour ago and saw the banner saying there would be a server reset. I posted on our clan Discord but not many members saw it in time and several have lost teams/resources on raids etc. You obviously have the ability to make popup messages appear within the game, e.g. when returning to the menu screen we get the latest store offers or special deals; is it possible to use these as a further carrier to warn of impending server outages? That way people can see them while actually in the game environment rather than relying on people seeing them from the initial loading screen?
