Tried to login tonight and claim the next reward for 12 Days of Christmas. Keep getting an error message: Failed to Collect Reward. You've already claimed your reward! Error Code: EVTCLDR02. It keeps looping, so I can't even get into the game itself. I took a photo but can't upload it, of course. Anyone else having this issue?
UPDATE: Now, it's working. Never mind.

Today, January 3rd, 2022, the Raid Boss rewards are now looking like this. This is normal? Does it make sense to wait for correction and compensation?

Thank you so much for your reports regarding the issues with Raid Boss rewards. The team is aware and have discovered the source of the problem. They are currently working on a solution. We will update you here once our fix is live.
A compensation pack will also be provided in light of this issue that will likely be releasing later this week.
