From now until May 3rd at 5 PM PT, battle through the Destiny Decided Dungeon! This dungeon has 4 difficulty settings and a brand new storyline!

The first time you complete Normal, Hard or Madness, you will earn set rewards including:

Sinner's Soul
Goat (Sorcery) Talisman

Your first Insanity run will grant a Catalyst Soul, 3⭐ T3 Evo Runes, Talisman Epic Gold Red Soul Fragments.

All subsequent victories are guaranteed to provide:

Ancient Tomes
Dungeon Fragments
A chance of up to 2 bonus rewards, including: Celestial Talismans (Sorcery).

Ancient Tomes can be traded in store for Sinner's Souls in bundles of 1, 3 and 10, Cosmic Demon Prince Talismans, various Heroic Souls and 5⭐ Demon Prince Asmodeus and Belshazzar!

Completing Event Challenges will grant various other rewards, including more Ancient Tomes, Gunner Souls, Cancer Talismans (Sorcery Subtype) and Alchemical Elixirs!

Note: At the end of this event, any unspent Currency will be automatically converted into Dungeon Soul Fragments at a 10% rate.

Sinner's Soul Details!

The Sinner's Soul is a limited time event soul which guarantees a 3⭐ to 5⭐ character of any class. This soul has a 2x chance of summoning 5⭐ non-highlight characters, and an exclusive chance of summoning 5⭐ Demon Prince Asmodeus, Belshazzar, Steward Of Asmodeus, and Mercenary Vanguard characters.

Each Sinner's Soul summoned will also grant the following bonus rewards:
10 Dueling Demons Soul Fragments
20 Talisman Gold Red Soul Fragments

750 Dueling Demons Soul Fragments guarantees 1 5⭐ Demon Prince Asmodeus or Belshazzar.

400 Talisman Gold Red Soul Fragments guarantees a Tier 1 to Tier 3 Gold or Red Cosmic Talisman and 5⭐ Gold Idol.

Dungeon Fragment Details:

Dungeon Fragments will drop in event Dungeons. Use Dungeon Fragments to purchase items found within the Event Store Tab. You can continue collecting and building your stockpiles of Dungeon Fragments with each Dungeon event.

Please note that the items available for Dungeon Fragments disappear between dungeon events. They will reappear again with the same items available the next time a dungeon event is held.

It looks like Shattered Mind Eddie on the first wave of Madness is bugged and almost impossible to kill
My guess is that there is a heal when you reach 1 HP that keep on triggering instead of only the first time

Edit:
This is also the case with Shattered Mind Eddie on Wave 2 of Insanity

You can overcome this with a character who inflicts Passive Disable at the start of battle. I'm using Madam Fortune
It means you can't complete some of the challenges but at least it lets you play the dungeon
