i think this are test accounts or developer accounts, designed for testing. but maybe we will get new toons soon :-D

Grim Reaper Eddie is already in the game. Probably a test account or something but pretty cool to see it. Search Llexileon-7463 and see for yourself. They don't use it as their Trooper though so you'll have to visit their team.
