Sacrifice for talismans - a suggestion

I heard devs are working to a way to sacrifice toons for some kind of soul shard, I think it could be useful something like that for talismans.
Let me explain my idea.
You have a 5* maxxed talisman you don't use anymore, instead of selling it for gold you "sacrify" the talisman and get back half (or more) of evo materials losing the rest of the evo runes and losing all the gold and xp ones.
