damage charge not working on Assassin Troll

I've got an Assassin Troll, and his "chance to charge on perfects" on his basic attack doesn't do anything. It triggers occasionally, and the True Damage Charge icon appears above him, and it goes away after his next attack (with either his true damage attack (basic) or physical damage attack (power)). This all seems right.

But for both attacks, he does the same amount of damage with or without the damage charge.

Also, per this thread (http://forum.ironmaidenlegacy.com/sh...56-True-Charge) can someone confirm that "true charge" should increase damage from any type of attack (not just true)?

Probably a broken skill then. Till someone tests with a death dog, we wont know if its broken in general or its just a bug on the troll only.
