    All the game announcements are in PST ( Pacific Standard Time ) , some parts of USA/CANADA
    check on google to find out which North-American state/province uses PST, that's it.
    though this specific announcement has no specific time frame,but we at-least know what is the time zone.

    Guys, I really don't think the change in rare soul drops is going to be that drastic. They definitely told us that it was going to be a small tweak (I can't be bothered right now to find the direct quote). I would guess that a small change would be something like 75% of the drop rate we currently enjoy. If that estimation is close to accurate, don't think it should cause this kind of widespread panic.

    Couldn't have said it better.

    Eagle, would you rather open 50 souls a week with garbage or 5 worthy-ish ones? This is the real problem for me.

    I could have swore it was stated that there would be no change in the rng of what a rare soul drops only that when new toons are added that those will have an adjusted drop rate. So to me less souls equals less chance to get rare characters that you still want. Please let me know if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure that's what was said.



    Just checked on 10/6 Sparton said there is no change planned for the drop chance of opening souls with the exception of when new characters are added. To me this means that the rng will remain bad but now you will have less would to open. If I'm misinterpreting the post let me know.
